Chris McLeod, M. Eng.

Chairman and CEO

Mr. McLeod has spent more than 30 years in senior management positions in Canada, USA, Russia, Europe and Asia. Mr. McLeod is currently the CEO and Director of Gold Mountain Corporation, a junior resources company based in British Columbia. Previously he was CEO and member of the Board of Directors for Borets-Weatherford, a major oil service company. Prior to Borets-Weatherford Mr. McLeod spent 20 years with Schlumberger involved in mergers and acquisitions, business development, operations, and marketing. Mr. McLeod has start-up operations project experience as well as merger and acquisitions experience in a variety of geo-political environments.

Mr. McLeod holds a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Engineers from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Peter Holbek, P.Geo, M.Sc.

Director

Mr. Holbek has 45 years of experience in geology, base and precious-metal mineral exploration, resource estimation and mine development. Prior to joining Pacific Imperial he was Vice President, Exploration at Copper Mountain Mining Corp., a post he held from 2007 to 2022, where he directed exploration efforts, initially to define sufficient mineral reserves to advance the Copper Mountain project into production, and subsequently to grow the resources of this major mine. Working with metallurgy, engineering, grade control and environmental professionals, he led the incorporation of geo-metallurgical data into resource models which facilitated the prediction of mine throughput, metal recoveries and tailings characteristics. In 2013, he was awarded the E.A. Scholz medal for excellence in mine development by the Association for Mineral Exploration (AME) of B.C. Prior to his time at Copper Mtn., Peter initially trained with the Geologica Survey of Canada before turning to economic geology where he managed exploration programs for Teck Exploration, Esso Minerals Canada, Homestake Mining, Princeton Mining, Atna Resources. He has carried out exploration and evaluation of prospects and deposits in numerous countries and on all continents, save Africa and Antarctica. Mr. Holbek holds B.Sc. (hons.) and M.Sc. degrees in Geological Sciences from The University of British Columbia and is a professional geoscientist registered with EGBC.

William (Bill) Mracek, BSc. Engineering

Director

Mr Mracek has spent over forty years in mine operations, maintenance management and engineering. He graduated with a BSc in mechanical engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 1982, then joined the Lac Minerals team in Hemlo. He spent many years with Falconbridge in Sudbury and Timmins before becoming the Vice President and General Manager for Huckleberry Mines in BC. He joined the Copper Mountain team as the Vice President of Mining in Vancouver. He has extensive operational experience with startups and brownfield expansions as well as corporate business development.
